He is a certified arbitrator and/or mediator with ARIAS-US, National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD), New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), National Arbitration and Mediation (NAM), National Arbitration Forum, The Jansen Group, Inc., Reinsurance Association of America (RAA), Eastern District of NY, New York State Supreme Court - Commercial Division, New Jersey Superior Court and Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts. He has been appointed to serve as arbitrator, mediator and umpire in dozens of insurance, reinsurance, securities and commercial cases, ranging in value from $25,000 to millions of dollars. He also managed the efficient and successful collection, commutation and settlement of billions of dollars in assumed/ceded reinsurance and direct property & casualty excess, surety and warranty run-off business.

His many years as outside litigation counsel, in-house counsel, senior executive for domestic and international insurance and reinsurance companies and chief negotiator have given him a unique blend of strategic and substantive experience and skills - tools that allow him to provide a balanced and effective analysis to handle the simplest and most complex disputes.
